The Lost Hero Review You've All been waiting for. That I finished a week and a half after it came out

The Lost Hero book report

By William Burke
The title of this book is The Lost Hero. The author is Rick Riordan. The main characters are Jason, Leo, Piper, Festus, and Gleeson Hedge. Jason is a son of Zeus and the protagonist in the story. He has amnesia that is healing almost every day and is as strong as Leo. Especially since he can summon lightning and is immune to lightning.
Leo is a son of Hephaestus. He is a gifted son of Hephaestus who can summon fire and is immune to fire. (did I mention he is smart.) Piper is a daughter of Aphrodite who is once again a gifted one who can charmspeak. (charmspeaking is when you want something and talk about it to someone and they have to do it because you are controlling them with your speaking)

Festus is a huge bronze dragon. Festus about the best dragon you can ask for. He will always be there when you are in trouble. He also can turn into a suitcase but I’m pretty sure you can’t pick up a 50,000-pound dragon suitcase. Last but definitely not least Gleeson hedge. Gleeson hedge is the second best satyr in my book.

Gleeson hedge is a violent and muscular satyr. He actually is the only five feet tall being that I would be scared of. Leo is my favorite character. He is because he is funny, strong, and smart. The book is about roman mythology in the present.

The plot is that Gaea is awaking to destroy the world. Some important scenes are when Venti a.k.a. storm spirits captures Gleeson hedge. Another important scene is when Festus dies because of a cold storm and falls to his death. This book’s moral is good over evil. I would recommend it for people especially my friends.

I would because I loved the book and would give it five in half stars. My favorite part was when King Midas (the guy ask Dionysus to grant him the power to turn anything he touched to gold) saw his son was defeated by Jason and wanted to help him so Jason said “ why don’t you help him up” and king Midas did exactly that and turned his son into gold. This book was 552 pg. of goodness. This book is apart of a series that is called the heroes of Olympus. The next book is going to be called The Son of Neptune.
